Cancel your contract

Cancel your Empcora subscription here — no login and no reason required. Once submitted, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt by email (Section 312k German Civil Code, BGB).

Applies to the Monitoring subscriptions and the Multi-Domain/Agency plan. Please note: Monitoring contracts concluded on or after 14 July 2026 have a 12-month term and end automatically thereafter — no cancellation is required for this; an ordinary cancellation declared nonetheless takes effect at the end of the term. Older subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. One-off services (Check, Single Audit, Full Audit) involve no recurring obligation and do not need to be cancelled.
